The Hybrid technology microplate reader utilizes a unique combination of grating and filter optical paths to provide flexibility and good detection performance.

There are two independent detection optical paths embedded in one system. The four-grating optical route consists of a xenon lamp, a four-grating and a PMT.

Flexible wavelength selection and spectral plotting can be achieved, and detection functions cover conventional absorption, fluorescence, luminescence, and time-resolved fluorescence detection.

The filter optical path is composed of xenon lamp, filter and PMT, which can ensure excellent detection sensitivity. The detection functions mainly cover high-sensitivity fluorescence, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence and luminescence detection.
