Product Description:The Sofeat is a high temperature and high pressure tool specifically designed to measure viscosity and density in downhole applications. Sofeat is a new vibrating in-line process sensor capable of withstanding the harshest pressure and temperature conditions for downhole operations. Sofeat measures the viscosity and density of fluids instantly and continuously. Since the measurements are performed directly on site, considerable time can be saved and samples that must be brought back to the surface for analysis are avoided.

Product Details:

1. Based on Sofraser's proven vibration technology: reliable, repeatable and continuous measurement results and excellent quality, resulting in continuous production efficiency and greatly improved profit margins.

2. Specially designed for harsh environments: At a temperature of 175°C, the sensor can maintain a pressure of 1100 bar before sending directly into the oil rig thousands of meters underground. It is powered by electronics that can withstand 125°C.

3. Combined measurement: Sofeat provides a combination of viscosity and density measurement, thus gaining a richer understanding of oil deposits.
